The Newport Beach Tennis Club offers a fitness center that features workout machines by Paramount, stationary bikes by LifeCycle and elliptical trainers by Precor. We also have a substantial combination of free weights, medicine balls and other training equipment designed to help you get the best workout possible.

Fitness Center Rules & Protocol

  1. Members only (Guests must sign in at the front desk)
  2. Adults only (18 and older)
  3. Proper fitness attire (shoes, shorts, shirts)
  4. No wet clothing
  5. No food or glassware (sports bottles and water bottles only)
  6. 15-minute time limit on machines while others are waiting
  7. Towels are provided; please use them as a courtesy to other members
  8. Return all free weights and equipment to its proper location after use
  9. Please turn off televisions when not in use
